The founder of K9 Heaven created the business with a vision to redefine dog care in Auckland. Rather than a traditional kennel environment, the goal was to build a destination where dogs could enjoy freedom, exercise, enrichment, and personalized attention. This vision led to the creation of a unique country club for dogs, set across expansive grounds in West Auckland, where dogs can explore paddocks, forest trails, open spaces, and supervised play areas.
With a deep passion for animal welfare and years of experience working with dogs, the founder has focused on building a team culture centered on safety, trust, and exceptional care. Every aspect of the business, from daycare and boarding to grooming and premium services, has been designed around the physical and emotional wellbeing of dogs.
